Travel Manager (maternity replacement)

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Travel Manager that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position provides support to all business trips with the company and requires excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through on all tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Travel Management – whole process of booking and managing business travel of all employees (hotels, fly tickets, transfers, visa process, etc.) via internal travel system
  • Daily admin support of travel management – reporting, data validation, company account maintenance, invoice management
  • Cooperation with external agencies, embassies, notaries and other public institutions or third parties
  • Calendar management and maintenance of company business travel
  • Back-office support, in case of need Act as the first point of contact within the office (welcoming the visitors, on site assistance, administrative tasks for colleagues)

Requirements

  • Working experience with travel management or similar administrative position
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Slovak and English) – interaction with teams is an integral part of daily routine
  • Attention to detail, responsible and independent
  • Great time management
