Operations Manager (maternity replacement)

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager with great work experience in accounting. This position requires an immensely coordinated individual—one who is a natural team player and has great attention to detail, as the job requires constant dealing with the financial agenda. Excellent communication skills are a must, due to daily cooperation with other teams, vendors and suppliers.

  • Main focus involves preparation of accounting records, monthly invoice processing, communication with the affiliated accounting company
  • Administrative agenda handling, documentation and invoice archiving
  • Management of all accounting tasks and projects, cost center management
  • Maintenance of all technical equipment for employees; inventory of the company property
  • Communicating with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitoring efficient usage of the employer’s budget and finance sources
  • Documentation preparation according to the employer’s demands
  • Bank account management; managing and processing bank transfers
  • Company bank/credit card management
  • Back office support in case of need


  • 3+ years of work experience with accounting and back office management
  • Good knowledge of statutory requirements in accounting and back office agenda
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage tasks from beginning to end
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Slovak and English) – interaction with teams is an integral part of daily routine
  • Attention to detail, responsibility and independence abilities
