Last month, we released our brand new DECENT Voting Tool for DCore. This user-friendly tool introduced easier access for DCT holders to identify and vote for active miners, and it also gave miners the option to link their own profiles, making it easier for voters to make informed decisions.
Today, we are publicly releasing version 1.1. This new major version release introduces new features, various bugfixes and performance improvements. The changelog includes the following changes:
- Users can now vote and unvote for multiple miners with a single transaction. Voting in batches now costs only 0.005 DCT, making voting for multiple miners faster and cheaper.
- A completely new main menu interface has been implemented.
- ‘Advanced Voting’ added to the new menu. With this, DCT holders can vote for the number of active miners (previously only available in the CLI wallet).
We will continue to update and support this voting tool, as well as provide easier access to the documentation and other upcoming tools such as a new explorer and an enhanced wallet.
Our Senior Product Manager, Miroslav Majtaz, sends out a message to the miner community: “Due to a highly positive response from our community after initially releasing the voting tool, we were motivated to further upgrade it with new features and performance enhancements. I would like to thank all of our miners who helped test the newly updated voting tool prior to public release. We look forward to hearing your thoughts on the latest improvements. We appreciate every single thought solidifying and improving the future of our products.”
